Comments: Denise, It was almost 20 years ago when I first saw
you. You the beautiful long distance operator and me the man behind the
glass. I never thought in a million years you would go on a date with me
and here we are. We got a pretty early start on our lives. Remember when
I used to drive you home from the phone company when we first met? You
always used to tell me " You don't have to drive me home if you
don't want to". But I did. And before I knew it my car became your
closet. There was coats,shoes perfume and the whole bit. I loved it.
Remember going to Marketplace Mall sitting in the parking lot listening
to the Eagles. That was special. Our first home (apartment) was I think
your favorite in some ways. We had alot of fun there. Twenty years has
flown right by with us and our kids. Do you remember when the kids were
little and you used to watch them out the back window at britton rd in
the summer or sometimes you would sit out there with them?I looked at
alot of pictures for your celebration and it brought back alot of great
memories throughout the years. As far as family vacations I give you
alot of credit for a person that never cared much for camping we did
alot of it. We always seem to do something unique every year (thanks to
you) There were some fun trips without the kids also Thousand Islands
and the Poconos (with Don and Wendy) and Virginia Beach. Even the times
we just sat around and talked all were very meaningful because I have

Comments: And then Tom and I had our first anniversary party down
at Charlotte Beach in 1987. You were pregnant with your second child. I
remember you kept saying I hope I have a healthy baby. Then along came
Alex (another cutie). I remember saying to you what the hell keep trying
you'll get your baby girl. And then finally in 1989she came along Little
Amy your precious baby daughter. Everytime I hear that song, Amy what
you gonna do? I think of her. I think thats why you liked the name so
much right? I was so happy for you and Jon and your beautiful family.
Well I could go on and on But I will stop here before I cry. I could
write a book on our precious memories together, and they were so
precious that I will treasure them in my heart forever!!!We have to get

John, me and Al, Patty and Pete, Laurie and Bryan. Remember Harry and
Mark Marino? Those two were Al's friends-they hung out with us also.
What great times we had. Remember we all used to go to Sawyer Park on
Long Pond Rd.? We used to party in the pavillion. Rick Conner was
another friend of Al and John's.We always got pretty drunk and stoned.
We had some pretty great times. Remember we all went to the Fleetwood
Mac concert? That was my very first concert. What a blast!!! Then
everyones life seemed to change as we all got a little older and
wiser,and more responsible. Then one day along came Jon Ozarowsky. What
a great man for you. I remember when you both went together for a while
and then you broke up. ( My mom kept telling you to get back with him-
He was great for you! ) Yes Jon my mom still talks about you all the
time. She thinks you are a great person. Everyone loves Jon.Finally you
two did get back together.Yes it was great.And then the best day of your
life August 17, 1985. Your wedding day!!! I was so happy for you both.
It was beautiful. Your reception was fun.Remember when I was going out
with Tom? He was supposed to meet me at your reception but had to drive
out of town when he worked at Becker Movers.He never made it to your
reception, but I hung out with Patty and Pete, Laurie and Danny, Sue
King- mI even caught your bouquet. And who knew only one yearlater and
one day earlierI got married to Tom. And you were my brides maid.
remember it was August 16, 1986. Then on December 29th 1985 your first

and we went to that apartment complex where this guy we had met lived.he
wouldn't talk to us so we went down to the basement and started
switching off fuse breakers,and we wrote all over the walls.then he came
out and chased us with a shotgun.(ha-ha)!!the night ended with a free
ride from the police.they took us to your moms house ,we told the cops
we were sisters but that didn't go over good,then they took my ass to my
dads house.I hollored up the stairs for my dad that someone was here to
see him, he asked me who? and I said I didn't know,just come down.that
definately was a kodak moment on his face when he came around the corner
and saw that cop standing there. The list goes on and on. Thanks to your

Day morning. Denise - I am glad you put up with my little girl ideas -
pony tails, pig tails, braids, curls, long dresses, short dresses,

occasions, of course, because most of the time you were very busy
playing outside with brother Ralph, then when Wendy came along the three

the cross country trip. Before I knew it we were planning your wedding;
then along came my three beautiful grandchildren. You are my cartoonist,

Greece Arcadia. What great times we had. Remember your mickname?
Everyone called you Moose. I had my ouwn nickname from you- you called
me Weazle Bomb Beazle. Remember we took Typing Class together? We raised
hell in that class but we got through it. Remember when you and Billy
Alley were going together? You two had some pretty wild parties at his
house with our gang. Those were some great times...Danny & Char, Me
& Kenny, Patty, Laurie, Janet Nolan- a lot of names I can't think
of, It's been a long time, I would have to look them up in our
yearbooks. (Brain Fart-get it?) Remember when someone put mushrooms in
my beer? I was riding the teacups that night. Remember you always used
to say hi hun? Remember Grandpa Louie? Remember all the times we used to
come over to your house on Glenbrook? Your mom was so cool. We always
hung out at your place. I remember Ralph went out with Patty. Char went
out wiht Danny, I went out with Kenny. Laurie was with Bryan. What a
riot we all had together. I remember when I broke up with Kenny Bertola-
one night you called me and asked me if I wanted to go out on a blind
date with you and John Burke. That is when I met Al Sepkowski. I was so
nervous that night, but who knew...our relationship lasted two years.

a million years that we would be 40!!! It really did seem far away back
at Arcadia didn't it? Way back when....when we thought we knew
everything (Thank God that wasn't all there was to know, cuz we were
STUPID!!) and our parents were not cool. Now here we are with our own
know-it-all kids, and we are the not-cool-parents. I am thankful every
day that I had you and the gang to go through high school with, I never
would have made it otherwise. When I think back about school I still
have to groan, thinking about the stuff we did and the fun we had doing
it!! I believe its only appropriate that I wound up driving Josh and
amazingly enough this year, Alex!! I should have known why I thought

Comments: Dear Denise, I hope you have a FABULOUS 40th birthday!
You are the very best friend a girl could ever ask for. Some of my most
memorable times were spent with you and your family. It all started way
back in the day when Papa was our neighbor.I think we all owe it to Papa
for showing us what real class is all about. He sure brought alot of it
to our neighborhood. Especially the high class chics. I'll never forget
all of those great times we had on Britton Road. We were always there
for eachother. Life would just never be the same without you. One thing
that I know for sure, is that we will always be friends forever! There
are many more vacations to be enjoyed. I look so forward to our times
together,whether it's just going out shopping or to Starbucks for a cup
of coffee to de-stress or one of our famous, outrageous camping trips,
